Adamant Computers Customer Service Information

This page is dedicated to informing our customers of our ordering process and the most common problems and questions when ordering. Please read this page carefully so that we can process your order quickly with no delay or cancellation.

Common problems with Payment and Shipping

Payment Information
Valid forms of payment include credit card or pre-payment by check, money order or wire transfer. Only U.S. Bank Credit Cards and Checks are accepted. If you want to pay with a credit card, please read the information below regarding different billing and shipping address. If you want to pay by check, please print the final order form after you finish your order and mail it to us with your check or money order. Your order will be shipped as soon as your check cleared in the bank. Please call us for instructions on wire transfers.

Credit Card Payment
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) when completing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay or cancellation of your order. At this time, we cannot process orders for credit cards with an international billing address or for credit cards issued by a bank outside the United States. Our site encrypts all credit card information you supply and safely transmits it to our computers. If you prefer not to enter your credit card number online, please refer to our Online Security link on the bottom of our site, which explains how to place orders in this case.

Different Bill To / Ship To Address with Credit Card Payment
The most common problem occurs at this point. If your shipping address is the same address where your monthly credit card statement is sent, you do not need to do anything. To better protect and serve our customers, we have implemented the following fraud protection program. If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address, the shipping address must be verifiable. To establish an alternate shipping address, please complete the following steps.

  • Call the credit card company (Their toll-free customer service number is listed on the back of your credit card).
  • Inform them that you would like to include an alternate shipping address on your credit card account.
  • Tell them your alternate shipping address (you may have more than one on file).
You may follow these instructions with any credit card as all credit card companies allow you to have alternate shipping addresses on file. By following these instructions, we can verify your shipping address without having to contact you personally. If you do not have an alternate shipping address on your credit card account, one of our customer service representatives will contact the cardholder at the billing phone number to verify the order. The order will be delayed pending authorization from the cardholder who must be contacted at the billing phone number. This is one of the ways that Adamant Computers strives to protect its customers.

Order Cancellations
All orders are immediately processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. If you make a mistake and need to cancel the order, please follow these steps:

  • Immediately send an e-mail to nalexllc@gmail.com Only cancellation requests sent to this e-mail will be honored. Please include your order number along with your name and cancellation request.
  • Wait for an e-mail or a phone call from an Adamant Computers accounting representative confirming your order cancellation.
Please be aware that if you desire to cancel the item after is has been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to Adamant Computers at your expense.

Shipping Information
Any incorrect information in the shipping address section will cause the package to be delivered to the wrong address resulting in a $10.00 redirection fee (the amount the shipper charges us). All in-stock items usually ship within 24 - 48 hours. Computer systems require additional 72 hours for assembly and burn-in testing. Shipping charges depend on the destination address, weight and size of the boxes. UPS does not ship on weekends and holidays and these days do not count as part of the delivery time. Overnight shipping is not guaranteed and is based on credit approval and product availability. Sorry, but UPS can not ship to P.O. Boxes. When you have no choice but to use a P.O. Box address, please select US Mail Service. If you need your package delivered on Saturday, please call to alert us. There is a $15.00 extra Saturday delivery charge. For U.S. Mail delivery to APO/FPO adresses, please expect 1-2 weeks of additional delivery time. There will be a service fee charged in the amount of the original shipping charge for any refused shipments or shipments returned undeliverable (because of incorrect shipping information, or if you are unreachable).

Order Tracking
You can track your order status on our site. When your order is shipped, the UPS tracking information is uploaded to our site from the UPS shipping system. The information will be available on the next business day after your order is shipped.

Adamant Computers Warranty and Returns Policy

Computer Systems Warranty
Adamant Computers warranties every Complete Computer System with a free parts replacement warranty for the first 3 (three) years from the date of the invoice. For complete information on our Computer Systems Warranty please check the Warranty link on the navigation bar of the site.

Components Warranty
All barebone systems and computer parts purchased without an expressed manufacturer’s warranty form Adamant Computers are warranted by Adamant Computers for a period of 1 (one) year from the invoice date. Computer parts purchased with an expressed manufacturer’s warranty, are warranted by Adamant Computers for the first 30 (thirty) days form the date of the invoice. After 30 days, all service for manufactuer warranted components is provided by the individual manufacturer’s warranty only. Support and Warranty Replacement Service
In the event that a problem or failure occurs with your computer system or component, please call the Adamant Technical Support Team at 216-595-9985 or e-mail us at tech1nalexllc@gmail.com. Technical Support representatives will assist you in determining the malfunction and if repair service is required. If a component replacement is required you will be given an RMA number and provided with shipping instructions to the Adamant repair facility.
