Adamant Computers Warranty
Adamant Computers provides our customers with a Total Satisfaction Warranty on
everything we sell.
If for any reason, in the first 30 (thirty) days from the invoice date, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping amount and credit card service charges).
Computer System Warranty
Adamant Computers warrants to the original purchaser that any part of the hardware system excluding software, documentation and similar items will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the period of your warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty plans include 1(one) Year Parts/Labor or 3(three) Years Parts and Lifetime Labor Service (For as long as you own your computer, we guarantee that you will never be charged for labor, excluding user damage and other provisions noted in this warranty).
Optional On-Site Warranty Service is available.
Monitors, keyboards, printers and other peripherals purchased with the system are serviced by Adamant Computers for the first 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, peripherals are serviced through the manufacture warranty.
Replaced or repaired parts are warranted for the longer of thirty (30) days or the remainder of the warranty period.
All barebones systems and computer parts purchased separately, even those without an expressed manufacturer’s warranty,
are automatically warranted by Adamant Computers to the original purchaser against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from the invoice date. Computer components purchased
separately, with an expressed manufacturer’s warranty, are warranted by Adamant Computers for the first
30 (thirty) days and after thirty days, by the individual manufacturer warranty.
After 30 days, all service and support for manufacture warranted components is provided by the individual
manufacturer’s warranty only.
For all end user orders, all open and unopened merchandise can be returned in the first 30 (thirty) days
from the invoice date for a full refund (minus shipping).
Shipping may be refunded only if you received your order in error.
Customers are responsible for making all shipping arrangements back to Adamant Computers.
All items returned must be in their original packaging, with no missing items, and must be in
reseal able condition.
Returned items that have suffered physical damage while being shipped back to Adamant Computers are not eligible for a refund.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days for any type of merchandise.
All items sold with special promotional pricing are eligible for in-store credit only.
A 15% restocking fee might be applied to certain types of opened merchandise and when returning non defective components with missing manuals, software CD's, or original packaging.

Special provision for Microsoft Windows XP and Office XP -
As a part of a license agreement with Microsoft, it is necessary to activate their products within 30 days after purchase.
Currently, Microsoft does not provide any de-activation service on those products. Due to this fact,
we would not be able to issue credit on activated Windows XP and Office XP.

In the event that a problem or failure occurs with your computer system or component, please call the
Adamant.com Technical Support Team at 216-360-8877 immediately.
In addition you can e-mail us all information through Feedback link on the navigation bar,
or simply e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Technical Support Representatives will assist you in determining the malfunction and if repair service is required.
If a component replacement is required you will be provided with shipping instructions to Adamant Repair facility.
For return shipping service please follow the guidelines below:
- Remove any non-Adamant components from the computer.
- Pack the computer or component securely in a double carton to avoid shipping damage.
- Include a detailed description of the problem.
- Include a copy of the purchase invoice.
- Insure the shipment.
- Write the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number given to you by the technician on

Other than the above, Adamant Computers makes no representations or warranties,
express or implied, in connection with this agreement, including specifically any warranty or
merchantability, or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Adamant Computers assumes no
responsibility for incidental, consequential, or other damage arising from any hardware failure

- Virus scanning and deleting.
- Damage from any acts, neglect, misuse, fault or customer error.
- Malfunctions due to software, set-up problems, or customer error.
- Damage from installation of third-party hardware.
- Re-Installation of software or resetting of CMOS.
- Missing items such as cables, disks, manuals, etc.
